This 100% concentrated grape juice from the Emilia-Romagna (Italy) is a product with more than a 2000 year old tradition. It has a very fruity taste with a caramel note. It can be used as a syrup with water to make a very refreshing drink.

It is delicious on muesli, with yoghurt, Italian ricotta, ice cream and all kinds of deserts. It is also excellent for refining dark gravies, tomato sauces and to bring sweetness into dressings.

Ingredients: Concentrated grape juice from biodynamic agriculture
Area of Production: Modena, Italy
Grapes: Salamino, Ancellotta, different Trebbiano. Picked by hand.
Grape juice cooked over 4-5 days
