Wine – Moscato D’Osoyoos
Food – Parmigano Reggiano, Tellagio, and Asiago. Moscato is an amazing cheese course wine. It’s slight effervescence and off dry character will show beautifully with this selection of classic Italian cheeses. Parma and Asiago are both quite sharp and the off dry character of the Moscato balance these cheeses beautifully on the palate and tellagio is nutty, funky, salty, and when it’s at room temperature the creamyness will enchant you and Moscato will refresh your palate.
