Here are some great Food Pairing ideas for our Pinot Grigio from Severine (our Winemaker):
Wine – Vivace (Pinot Grigio) very aromatic with some pear and peach, nice back bone of acidity but at the same time lots of volume and weight.
Food – I would pair this with some tuna tataki or a simple caprese salad with some organic heirloom tomato and some buffalo mozzarella
